FOUNDER-LED SETUP

White-glove help getting your health records under control.

A focused, software-enabled setup session for people with scattered portals, labs, PDFs, notes, and open questions. We help organize the first version of your Libby record so you can bring clearer context into doctor visits, specialist referrals, caregiver handoffs, or AI conversations.

Organization and activation support only. Libby is not medical advice and does not replace qualified clinicians.

WHO IT IS FOR

For the moment when setup is the hard part.

Complex history

You have years of labs, notes, visits, and portal fragments, and you are tired of rebuilding the story from memory.

Specialist-bound

You are preparing for a referral, second opinion, or new clinician and want a concise packet instead of scattered files.

Caregiver support

You are helping someone else get organized and need a clear inventory, timeline, and handoff structure.

AI-ready context

You want to ask AI better questions, with source context and a reminder to verify outputs with qualified professionals.

WHAT HAPPENS

A practical setup session, not a medical visit.

The goal is to leave with the first usable version of your record and a clear way to keep going. The exact scope depends on how much material you bring and what needs the most structure.

01

Record inventory

We identify the portals, PDFs, labs, visit notes, images, medications, and loose notes that should be brought into one place.

02

First Libby build

We organize records around one person, preserve source context, and create a starting timeline that is easier to scan.

03

Summary and questions

We turn the organized material into factual summaries and open questions for future doctor visits, referrals, or AI prompts.

04

Handoff

You leave with a walkthrough of the record, a short action list for organization tasks, and guidance for keeping Libby current.

RECORDS TO ACTION

Turn scattered material into useful artifacts.

White-glove setup focuses on artifacts you can actually use: a record inventory, timeline, concise summary, and prepared questions. Those artifacts help you bring context with you instead of starting from scratch.

Inventory

What exists, where it came from, and what is still missing.

Timeline

Dates, events, labs, visits, and notes arranged in a factual sequence.

Summary

Current concerns, relevant history, medications, key records, and open questions.

Use plan

What to bring to a visit, what to ask next, and what to keep updating.

PRIVACY AND TRUST

Clear boundaries from the start.

You choose what to share.

Setup starts with the records and context you decide to provide. For caregiver sessions, we confirm consent before organizing another person's health information.

Organization, not interpretation.

We can help structure lab results, notes, and timelines. We do not tell you what a result means medically or what treatment to choose.

AI stays in its lane.

Libby can help prepare context for AI tools, but AI outputs can be wrong. Verify important information and discuss medical decisions with qualified clinicians.

Questions are welcome.

Health records are sensitive. Email privacy@zebradx.ai for privacy questions before booking.

QUESTIONS

Before you book.

Is white-glove setup medical advice?

No. White-glove setup is for organizing records, building summaries, preparing context, and learning how to use Libby. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, or replace a clinician.

What should I bring?

Bring what you already have: portal access, PDFs, lab results, imaging reports, medication lists, notes, and the questions you want to organize around.

Can a caregiver help with setup?

Yes, when the person whose record is being organized is involved or has given appropriate permission. Health records are sensitive, so setup starts with clear consent and boundaries.
