Refunds & cancellations
We try to be straightforward about money. Here's how refunds and cancellations work.
30-day full refund
New subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@zebradx.ai from the address on the account.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your customer portal (linked from your account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Annual plans
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days. After that, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion if there are unusual circumstances — write to us.
What we do not refund
- Subscriptions older than 30 days outside of the discretion noted above.
- Any charges from third-party labs or providers.
Free tier
The Reader tier is free; there's nothing to refund. You can delete your record at any time.
How long refunds take
We process refunds within 3 business days. Stripe and your bank may take 5–10 business days to return funds to your card.
