Refunds & cancellations
We try to be straightforward about money. Here's how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
The trial is the guarantee
Every new membership starts with a 14-day free trial — full access, nothing due today. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged. The trial exists so you never pay before you know the product is for you.
Auto-renewal
After the trial, your membership renews automatically — $250/year or $29/month, depending on your plan — until you cancel. We email a reminder before your trial ends, and Stripe sends a receipt for every charge.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then. After that, your record stays yours — you can browse and export everything, though adding new data pauses.
Refunds
We don't offer a standing refund window — the free trial is the try-before-you-buy. If you have a billing question or believe a charge was made in error, email hello@zebradx.ai from the address on your account and we'll look at it with you, case by case.
