Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Libby ("the Service"), operated by Zebra Diagnostics ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Libby is a personal record application that organizes blood-panel results across years and body systems. It is not a medical service. We do not order tests, do not diagnose, do not prescribe, and do not provide medical advice.
Do not use Libby for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. Information rendered by Libby is for personal record-keeping. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
- One account per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information when signing up.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source.
- Scrape, automate, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service to abuse, harass, or impersonate others.
- Resell or sublicense the Service.
- Upload documents that belong to someone else without their consent.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Subscriptions and payments
Libby has one paid membership — $250/year or $29/month — billed in advance by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel from Settings → Manage subscription in the app, which opens the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free trial and founding members
Every new membership starts with a 14-day free trial; cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Accounts created before paid memberships launched are grandfathered as founding members with free access.
Intellectual property
You own your data — every record, upload, and export. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
Zebra Diagnostics owns the Service — the software, brand, and code. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Medical disclaimer: Libbyis not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Flags such as "high" or "low" reflect the reference ranges printed on your original reports, not clinical interpretations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zebra Diagnostics's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time. If your membership ends, your record stays yours: you keep browsing and exporting everything, while adding new data, notes, and AI conversations pause. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
Deleting your account is different from letting a membership lapse. When you delete your account, all your data — including uploaded reports and extracted results — is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except for small-claims actions and equitable relief. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email. Your continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
